The Member Services & Communications Coordinator role is a vital position within the vibrant residential communities of TerraWalk at Babcock Ranch and Del Webb Oak Creek (North Fort Myers/Bayshore Road). Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two plus years of relevant experience in communications, hospitality, member services, or community roles
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Frequent standing, sitting, and walking within community properties
  • Reliable transportation to travel between communities
  • Basic computer and digital platform proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Resident-focused service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Two plus years of experience in communications, hospitality, member services, or community/lifestyle roles
  • Experience with newsletters, websites, or bulk communications
  • Familiarity with Food & Beverage and Lifestyle promotions
  • Comfort providing basic troubleshooting and training staff for digital tools
  • Experience with Northstar or other club management software highly preferred
  • Strong writing, editing, and people skills
  • Confidence using websites, newsletters, and social media platforms
  • Project management and integration skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and resident-focused attitude
  • Skilled at multitasking and balancing responsibilities across multiple communities

Job Duties

  • Draft, design, and distribute resident/member communications including newsletters, e-blasts, announcements, event promotions, and F&B specials
  • Manage private social media channels and newsletters to maintain engaging, consistent, and resident-friendly content
  • Ensure messaging is accurate, timely, and easy to understand
  • Lead implementation of Northstar club management software for both communities
  • Maintain and update community websites, Northstar systems, calendars, menus, event listings, and notices
  • Act as project manager for digital initiatives ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Provide basic support for residents navigating websites, mobile apps, reservations, and forms
  • Train staff to assist with simple troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors for escalated issues
  • Assist with resident forums including coffee talks, town halls, and workshops
  • Support event setup, A/V checks, sign-ins, and follow-up communications
  • Help create a welcoming and interactive environment at all events
  • Oversee Front Desk service standards and guide the Front Desk Associate
  • Provide coverage when needed by greeting residents, answering phones, logging activity, and assisting with notifications or access systems
  • Split work time between TerraWalk at Babcock Ranch and Del Webb Oak Creek ensuring consistent communication styles and resident experiences
