Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- bartending certification preferred
- prior experience in a barbershop or hospitality setting is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- customer service experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- experience with appointment scheduling or front desk operations
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to build relationships with clients
Job Duties
- Run the front desk
- handle retail sales
- make drinks for clients before or after their haircuts
- take payments for both the barbershop and cocktail lounge
- build long-term relationships with repeat clients
- maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- coordinate appointments and manage schedules
