- Experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capable of multitasking and working efficiently under pressure

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Processing member purchases and assisting with payments at registers or self-checkout
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
