Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting procedures
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to guidelines
- correct and report unsafe situations to management
- acknowledge and identify member needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- locate merchandise
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote company products and services
- provide support with self-service technology
- process member purchases
- assist with payments according to company policies
- operate registers and self-checkout area
- maintain cleanliness and organization of area
- comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- complete work assignments and priorities using available data and resources
- collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers
- communicate progress and recommend improvements
