Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
- No tolerance for illegal drug and alcohol use on the job

- Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
- Ability to work with mobile retail applications

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following company safety procedures
- Using registers and self-checkout technology to process member transactions
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
