Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members promptly
- Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to comply with company policies including safety and ethics standards

- Customer service experience
- Retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers
- Familiarity with mobile retail applications
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures according to company policies
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Processing member purchases accurately, including using registers and supporting self-checkout technology
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by executing related action plans
