Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers

- Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members
- Familiarity with mobile retail applications
Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving concerns
- Processing member purchases and payments accurately
- Following safety procedures including handling hazardous materials and conducting safety sweeps
- Collaborating with managers and co-workers to complete work assignments and meet deadlines
