Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures
- assisting members with checkout transactions and self-service technology
- resolving member issues and promoting company products and services
- collaborating with team members and management to meet store goals
