Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or retail experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- drug-free workplace compliance

- retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures
- assisting members with purchasing decisions and processing transactions using registers or self-checkout
- resolving member issues and concerns
- complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
