Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following company safety procedures
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
- Processing member purchases accurately using registers or self-checkout
- Collaborating with managers and co-workers to complete assignments and improve operations
