Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
- Experience working with mobile retail applications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- Follow forklift spotting procedures
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to procedures
- Follow company steel standard guidelines
- Correct and report unsafe situations to facility management
- Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Resolve member issues and concerns
- Promote company's products and services
- Provide guidance and support for member self-service technology
- Process member purchases and payments accurately
- Assist members with transactions at registers and self-checkout areas
- Maintain clean, neat, and member-ready cashiering areas
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and other business partners to complete work assignments
- Communicate progress and address improvement opportunities
- Adapt to change and feedback
- Maintain positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
- Zone and organize merchandise
