Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following forklift spotting procedures
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and resolving member issues
- Processing payments and assisting with transactions using registers or self-checkout
- Collaborating with managers and co-workers to complete work assignments and improve processes
