Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following company safety procedures
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and transaction processing at registers and self-checkout
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Completing work assignments and priorities using company policies, data, resources and collaboration with team members
