Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods during shift
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate cash register and handle payments accurately
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Duties
- Maintaining safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- Following forklift spotting procedures
- Following procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Following company steel standard guidelines
- Correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management
- Providing member service by acknowledging the member and identifying members needs
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions
- Locating merchandise
- Resolving member issues and concerns
- Promoting the company's products and services
- Providing guidance and support to members regarding member self-service technology
- Processing member purchases
- Assisting members with payments according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types
- Assisting members with transactions utilizing registers or self-checkout area
- Zoning the area
- Arranging and organizing merchandise
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Completing work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources
- Collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners
- Identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations
- Carrying out tasks
- Communicating progress and information
- Determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities
