Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
  • Ability to work with mobile retail applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

  • Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
  • Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
  • Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
  • Operating registers and managing self-checkout technology efficiently
  • Assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues
  • Handling payments according to company policies and procedures
  • Following safety protocols and reporting unsafe situations to facility management
