- Customer service experience
- Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
- Ability to work with mobile retail applications
- Strong communication skills

- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Operating registers and managing self-checkout technology efficiently
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues
- Handling payments according to company policies and procedures
- Following safety protocols and reporting unsafe situations to facility management
