Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or retail preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- maintaining safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and following company procedures
- providing member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases and payments, resolving issues, and promoting products and services
- supporting members with self-service technology and self-checkout area
- maintaining a clean, neat, and organized member-ready area
- complying with company policies and standards of ethics
- completing work assignments and priorities by collaborating with team members and adapting to changes
- communicating progress and recommending improvements
