Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in retail or customer service advantageous but not mandatory
- ability to handle fast-paced environments
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies
- legal right to work in the United States
- pass required background and drug screenings

Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting procedures
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely
- correct and report unsafe situations
- provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- locate merchandise for members
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote company products and services
- support members with self-service technology
- process member purchases
- assist with various payment methods
- help members with transactions at registers or self-checkout
- zone and organize the checkout area
- keep the area clean and member-ready
- comply with company policies and ethical standards
- collaborate with managers, co-workers, and business partners
- complete work assignments by identifying priorities and meeting deadlines
- communicate progress and adapt to change
- recommend improvements
