- Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
- Experience working with mobile retail applications

- Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and transactions
- Operating registers and supporting members through self-checkout experience
- Collaborating with team members and management to meet priorities and deadlines
