Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Ability to handle cash and perform transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- No prior criminal record related to drug or alcohol offenses in compliance with company policy

- Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers

Job Duties
- Maintaining safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps
- Following procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Providing member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Resolving member issues and concerns
- Promoting the company’s products and services
- Operating registers and self-checkout areas
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready front-end area
- Collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers to complete work assignments
- Adapting to change and learning from feedback to improve service quality
