Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
  • Ability to handle cash and perform transactions accurately
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • No prior criminal record related to drug or alcohol offenses in compliance with company policy

Job Duties

  • Maintaining safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps
  • Following procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
  • Providing member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
  • Assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
  • Resolving member issues and concerns
  • Promoting the company’s products and services
  • Operating registers and self-checkout areas
  • Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready front-end area
  • Collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers to complete work assignments
  • Adapting to change and learning from feedback to improve service quality
