Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps to maintain facility safety
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and member self-service technology
- Processing member transactions accurately using registers or self-checkout
- Collaborating with coworkers and management to complete work assignments and improve operations
