Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills

Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting procedures
- follow procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- follow company steel standard guidelines
- correct and report unsafe situations to facility management
- Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying members needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- locate merchandise
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote the company's products and services
- provide guidance and support to members regarding member self-service technology
- process member purchases
- assist members with payments according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types
- assist members with transactions utilizing registers or self-checkout area
- zone the area
- arrange and organize merchandise
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans
- use the Open Door Policy
- and apply these in executing business processes and practices
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources
