Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering questions and resolving issues
- Process member purchases accurately using registers or self-checkout
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready checkout area
- Conduct safety sweeps and ensure compliance with company safety policies
- Assist members with payments following company procedures for different membership and payment types
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet store goals and operational standards
