Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting procedures
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials responsibly
- comply with company steel standard guidelines
- correct and report unsafe situations to facility management
- provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote company products and services
- provide guidance on self-service technology
- process member purchases and payments accurately
- assist members with transactions at registers and self-checkout areas
- maintain clean, neat, and member-ready checkout areas
- comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources
- collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
- identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations
- communicate progress and information
- recommend improvements
