Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills
- Capability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Must adhere to company policies including safety and ethics guidelines

Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- Follow forklift spotting procedures
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to procedures
- Follow company steel standard guidelines
- Correct and report unsafe situations to facility management
- Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- Assist members with purchasing decisions
- Locate merchandise for members
- Resolve member issues and concerns
- Promote company products and services
- Guide and support members in using self-service technology
- Process member purchases accurately
- Assist members with payments as per company policies
- Operate registers and self-checkout areas efficiently
- Zone the checkout area and organize merchandise
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers
- Communicate progress and information effectively
- Identify and recommend ways to improve processes
- Adapt to changes and feedback professionally
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Provide exceptional customer service across the club
- Maintain a clean, neat and member-ready checkout area
