Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to stand for long periods
- capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously
- commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
- adherence to company policies and procedures

- Customer service experience
- retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
- familiarity with mobile retail applications
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting procedures
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely
- adhere to company steel standard guidelines
- correct and report unsafe situations to facility management
- Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote the company's products and services
- provide guidance on member self-service technology
- process member purchases and assist with payments
- assist members at registers or self-checkout
- zone and organize merchandise
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- implement related action plans and use the Open Door Policy
- execute business processes and practices with integrity
- complete work assignments and priorities using available policies and resources
- collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers
- identify priorities and deadlines
