Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling greeting and thanking members
- providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed answering any questions they may have
- maintaining a clean neat and member-ready area
- conducting safety sweeps following forklift spotting procedures and handling hazardous materials according to policies
- assisting members with purchasing decisions and transactions utilizing registers or self-checkout
- promoting company products and services and resolving member issues
- collaborating with managers co-workers and customers to complete work assignments and priorities
