Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following company policies for safe facility operation
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and resolving member issues
- Operating registers and self-checkout technology to process transactions accurately
- Collaborating with managers and coworkers to complete work assignments and improve processes
