Job Requirements

- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and resolving member issues
- Processing member purchases, including operating registers and self-checkout
- Organizing and zoning merchandise area
