Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following forklift spotting procedures
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and processing payments
- Promoting company products and services and providing guidance on self-service technology
- Collaborating with management and coworkers to complete work assignments and improve processes
