Job Duties

  • Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps
  • follow forklift spotting and hazardous materials handling procedures
  • correct and report unsafe situations to management
  • provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
  • assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
  • resolve member issues and concerns
  • promote company products and services
  • provide guidance on self-checkout technology
  • process member purchases and assist with payments
  • assist members with transactions using registers or self-checkout
  • maintain and zone the checkout area
  • arrange and organize merchandise
  • comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics
  • complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers
  • communicate progress and adapt to changes and feedback
