Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting and hazardous materials handling procedures
- correct and report unsafe situations to management
- provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote company products and services
- provide guidance on self-checkout technology
- process member purchases and assist with payments
- assist members with transactions using registers or self-checkout
- maintain and zone the checkout area
- arrange and organize merchandise
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers
- communicate progress and adapt to changes and feedback
