Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to facility management
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and processing payments accurately
- Promoting the company’s products and services
- Supporting members through the self-checkout experience and using retail technology
