Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or retail preferred
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

- retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with mobile retail applications is preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods while assisting members

Job Duties
- maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- providing exceptional customer service by assisting members with purchasing decisions and inquiries
- operating registers and handling payments accurately
- supporting members through the self-checkout process
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the checkout and surrounding areas
- conducting safety sweeps and adhering to company safety protocols
- collaborating with team members and management to prioritize and complete daily tasks
