Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- conducting safety sweeps and adhering to safety protocols
- assisting members with payment processing and self-checkout systems
- resolving member issues and concerns promptly and effectively
- arranging and organizing merchandise in the front end area
