Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures
- assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- processing payments accurately according to company policies
- supporting members with self-checkout technology
- collaborating with managers, co-workers and other business partners to complete work assignments
