Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members and answering their questions
- Operating registers and supporting members through self-checkout experiences
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready checkout area
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and resolving any issues or concerns
- Safely conducting safety sweeps and following company safety procedures
- Collaborating with team members and management to complete work assignments and priorities
