Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
- Ability to work with mobile retail applications
- Strong multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following all safety policies and procedures
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Operating registers and self-checkout area
- Zoning and organizing merchandise
