Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to handle cash and operate register systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures
- Assisting members with purchases and payments using registers and self-checkout
- Resolving member issues and promoting company products and services
- Collaborating with managers and co-workers to complete work assignments and meet priorities
