Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and ethical guidelines
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and processing payments using registers and self-checkout technology
- Keeping the checkout and surrounding areas clean, neat, and member-ready
- Complying with safety policies by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- Collaborating with managers and co-workers to complete work assignments and priorities
- Promoting company products and services and supporting member self-service technology
