Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to adhere to company safety and ethical guidelines
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
  • Familiarity with mobile retail applications

Job Duties

  • Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
  • Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
  • Assisting members with purchasing decisions and processing payments using registers and self-checkout technology
  • Keeping the checkout and surrounding areas clean, neat, and member-ready
  • Complying with safety policies by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
  • Collaborating with managers and co-workers to complete work assignments and priorities
  • Promoting company products and services and supporting member self-service technology
