Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and following company procedures
- Provide member service by greeting members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases and payments, resolving concerns, and promoting products
- Assist members with self-service technology and transactions at registers or self-checkout
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized checkout area
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with team members and managing priorities and deadlines
- Communicate progress and recommend improvements while adapting to changes and feedback
