Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous materials handling procedures
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving concerns
- Processing member purchases and payments accurately using registers or self-checkout
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
