Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to communicate clearly with members
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- ability to work in a team environment
- no tolerance for illegal drugs and alcohol on the job

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- maintaining safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations
- complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- completing work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners
- assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving member issues
- processing member purchases and payments according to company policies
- supporting members with member self-service technology and self-checkout
- zoning the area and arranging and organizing merchandise
