- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- maintaining safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps
- following forklift spotting procedures
- handling and disposing of hazardous materials according to procedures
- correcting and reporting unsafe situations to management
- providing member service by greeting and identifying members needs
- assisting members with purchasing decisions and merchandise location
- resolving member issues and concerns
- promoting company products and services
- supporting members with self-service technology
- processing member purchases and payments
- assisting members with transactions using registers or self-checkout
- zoning the area and organizing merchandise
- complying with company policies and ethics
- collaborating with managers and co-workers to complete work assignments
- communicating progress and recommending improvements
