Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Scanning items, processing payments, and assisting members with transactions via registers or self-checkout
- Conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions to facility management
- Collaborating with managers and co-workers to complete work assignments and improve processes
