Job Duties
- maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures including forklift spotting and hazardous material handling
- assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- processing member purchases and payments according to company policies
- promoting company products and services and supporting member self-service technology
- complying with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- completing work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners
