Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
- Experience working with mobile retail applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- Follow forklift spotting procedures
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to procedures
- Correct and report unsafe situations to facility management
- Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Resolve member issues and concerns
- Promote company products and services
- Provide guidance and support regarding self-service technology
- Process member purchases and payments using registers and self-checkout areas
- Zone the area and arrange merchandise
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
- Identify priorities, deadlines, and communicate progress
- Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback
