Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
  • Experience working with mobile retail applications
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
  • Follow forklift spotting procedures
  • Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to procedures
  • Correct and report unsafe situations to facility management
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
  • Resolve member issues and concerns
  • Promote company products and services
  • Provide guidance and support regarding self-service technology
  • Process member purchases and payments using registers and self-checkout areas
  • Zone the area and arrange merchandise
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners
  • Identify priorities, deadlines, and communicate progress
  • Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback
