Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting procedures
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to guidelines
- correct and report unsafe situations to facility management
- provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote company products and services
- provide guidance on member self-service technology
- process member purchases and assist with payments using registers or self-checkout
- zone and maintain clean, organized checkout areas
- comply with company policies and standards of ethics
- complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers
- identify priorities and communicate progress
- adapt to changes, feedback, and difficulties
