Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow safety and company policies
- basic math skills for handling transactions

- retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers
- ability to work with mobile retail applications

Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- conducting safety sweeps and following safety procedures
- assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- processing member payments and operating registers or self-checkout areas
- complying with company policies and procedures
