Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Conducting safety sweeps and following company safety procedures
- Assisting members with purchases, payments and self-checkout technology
- Promoting company products and services
- Collaborating with team members to complete work assignments and prioritize tasks
