Job Duties
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps
- follow forklift spotting procedures
- handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to procedures
- correct and report unsafe situations to management
- provide member service by acknowledging and greeting members
- assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- resolve member issues and concerns
- promote the company's products and services
- guide members in self-service technology usage
- process member purchases and payments according to company policies
- assist members with transactions using registers or self-checkout
- maintain a clean, neat, and organized member-ready area
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers
- communicate progress and recommend improvements
- adapt to change and learn from feedback
