Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- ability to operate front end equipment such as cash registers
- familiarity with mobile retail applications preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling greeting and thanking members
- providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed answering any questions they may have
- maintaining a clean neat and member-ready area
- conducting safety sweeps following company policies and procedures
- assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- supporting members with member self-service technology including registers and self-checkout
- resolving member issues and concerns promptly and professionally
